Service Facilities
We offer a fast, efficient response to all customer queries. We return with each repaired instrument a test report detailing the initial condition of the instrument received, faults found and actions taken to rectify them. Parts needed are also detailed. With our fixed pricing system all internal components (excluding optional toxic sensors) are included so there are no unexpected surprises to the repair bill.
If, on inspection, a fault is not found or the instrument is returned without the work being carried out, an examination fee will be charged.
One Stop Service / Repair
Following customer demand we have just refitted our Atherton Service Centre to offer a Service/Repair facility for all your instrument needs. In addition to Combustion analysers we can now include Thermometers, Pressure Meters, Multimeters and 16th Edition/Part P Electrical Testers from most manufacturers. Simply contact our Atherton Customer Service Team with your specific requirements.
NEW! Service Contracts
KANE can offer the option to pay for the cost of owning your analyser when first purchased to save you money. We will recall it annually to check, service and certificate your analyser for 5 years. Simply contact our Atherton Customer Service Team for more details
Superceded Analysers
We also service and repair superceded analysers. If your analyser is not listed on our price list please send it for our engineers to inspect. We will then issue a quotation before proceeding with any work.
