| KANE940 Multi-Gas Emissions Analyser: UK |
|
KANE has updated their KM900 combustion and emissions gas analyzer by adding the capability to fit an additional toxic gas sensor, introducing a display with larger characters and fitting a higher capacity double headed pump. The sampling probe for the KANE940 is now lined with Teflon. This handheld analyser now has the optional capabilities to measure three different toxic gases as well as measuring oxygen, differential temperature and differential pressure. The three toxic gas sensors can be chosen from carbon monoxide (0 to 10,000ppm with H2 compensation), carbon monoxide (0 to 10%), nitric oxide (0 to 100ppm for improved accuracy at low levels), nitric oxide (0 to 5000ppm), nitrogen dioxide (0 to 1000ppm) and sulphur dioxide (0 to 5000ppm). The use of a higher capacity pump and a Teflon lined hose considerably reduces the residence time of the sample gas in the hose and so minimises the chances of soluble gases being absorbed into either the hose material or the condensate. This means that gases can be sampled more accurately without the need for expensive and cumbersome heated sample lines or gas preparation units. The KANE940 plus is truly portable with over 6 hours battery life, an IR link to optional battery powered printers for on-site instant printing and a memory to store up to 150 sets of reading for transfer to a PC. Its robust design with large visible water trap and high quality filtration make the KANE940 entirely suitable for use in tough industrial environments. © Kane International Limited 2006 |
