How does Pay later in 3 work?
Pay later in 3 lets you spread your purchase cost over 3 equal payments - Each payment is automatically collected from your debit or credit card used at checkout. Your 1st payment is collected when your order is confirmed by Kane International with payments 2 & 3 scheduled 30 & 60 days later, respectively.
Am I eligible for Pay later in 3?
To use Pay later in 3 you must be over 18 - This option depends on your financial circumstances but our assessment does not affect your credit rating.
How do I increase my chances of being accepted for Pay later in 3?
Klarna offers Pay later in 3 based on factors such as order value, previous order history & item availability.
If over 18, improve your chances by providing your full name & accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address.
All orders are assessed individually - Being accepted before does not mean you will be offered again and being denied does not mean being denied for future orders.
What must I do to make a purchase?
To purchase with Klarna using Pay later in 3, you must provide your mobile phone number, email address, current billing address & a debit or card card.
Your mobile number is required in case we must contact you. All communications are to your email address. You must give us correct details as otherwise you will not receive your payment schedule or updated order information.
Do you perform a credit search?
Klarna may run an unrecorded enquiry - soft credit search - that is only visible to you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor Kane International run credit searches impacting your credit rating.
Why am I not offered Pay later in 3?
Pay later in 3 is not universally available - The option is automatically generated by algorithms depending on factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, online store, previous order history & item availability.
What are my payment options with Klarna?
Payment for Pay later in 3 is automatically collected from the debit or credit card used at checkout with 1st payment made when the order is confirmed - 2nd & 3rd payments are collected 30 & 60 days later.
What happens if I cancel my order?
You can cancel your online purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“CCRs”).
Your right to cancel starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods - You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.
Once Kane International accepts your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel future payments and refund any amounts due - The return is reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
What happens if I don't pay for my order?
Klarna will automatically collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 purchase at Kane International from your debit or credit card used at checkout.
If unable to collect, Klarna will make another attempt 2 days later - If this fails, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding amount, payable 15 days later.
Klarna will notify you when payments are due 2 days before collecting your payment.
You won't be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s) and your credit score isn't impacted using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ even if you don't pay on time. However, you will be in default and may not be able to use Klarna again.
We may attempt to collect overdue & currently due payments on subsequent due dates or invoice you separately for the unpaid total - If you do not pay, Klarna may engage with an external debt collection agency as a last resort.

What must I provide to make a purchase?
To purchase with Klarna you must provide your name, address, email address & mobile phone number - Some orders may need your date of birth.
All information is sent to your email address including payment reminders and links to your online statements - You must give us correct details otherwise you will not receive the payment information.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna - No card details are transferred to or held by Kane International.
All transactions occur via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
Can I pay before each due date?
No - 3 equal payments for Instalments purchases are automatically collected monthly from your debit or credit card so you can manage your cash flow without maxing out your card!
Have you recieved my payment?
Klarna notifies you by email and push notification when a payment is due, when successfully collected or if your payment failed.
If a payment is collected and you don't receive payment confirmation, check your order status and payments by logging into www.klarna.com/uk.
I cancelled my order - How long will a refund take?
Once Kane International registers your cancellation or return, your refund is processed within 7 business days.

Do you offer a financing plan?
We partner with Klarna to spread your payments when buying from us - Klarna Financing will spread your payments over 12 months interest free. We also offer Klarna’s Pay Later in 3 for customers unwilling to have a credit check performed or who only want to spread payments over 2 months.

How do I place an order using Financing with Klarna?
Add the products you want to your basket, checkout as normal then select “Pay Over Time” to start your application for Klarna Financing.
Klarna will ask you questions required to check your eligibility - When approved, your payment plan is created and your order automatically placed. It’s a short application and you won’t leave our website.
Am I eligible?
You must be over 18 & UK resident - Approval is subject to Klarna’s review of your information & financial circumstances and they will perform a full credit search when you apply for a 12 month Klarna Financing agreement.
What details do I need to provide when I make my purchase?
Your name, billing address, email address & phone number and employment & bank details.
Will I be required to pay anything when I apply?
Sometimes you may be required to pay an up front deposit as part of the Financing application.
If I make my purchase on a Klarna Financing plan, will I pay interest?
Our Financing option is interest free with repayments over 12 months, collected automatically from your bank account via Direct Debit - please ensure you have funds to cover repayments on your due date each month.
Can I set up automatic monthly repayments?
During your application you will be asked to set up a Direct Debit Mandate from your bank account - Klarna will debit monthly instalments automatically so you don’t need to do anything. Please ensure you have funds to cover repayments on your due date each month.
Will I receive an email confirmation when purchasing with Klarna Financing?
Klarna will email you confirming your purchase details with a link to Klarna’s online portal or to download the Klarna app to manage your purchases - You must provide accurate information at checkout to ensure you receive all Klarna communications related to your plan.
If I apply for Klarna Financing, will this affect my credit score?
Klarna will make a full credit search with credit reference agencies supplying credit information - They record search details which are seen on your credit file, regardless if your application is approved.
This record is visible to third parties & other lenders and may affect your future credit - Any questions, contact Klarna customer support team.
If you do not wish Klarna to make a full credit search, you can select Klarna Pay Later in 3 at Checkout, subject to you accepting and meeting their terms & conditions
What if I am late or miss a payment?
Your monthly payment must reach Klarna by the payment due date - Klarna will report information to credit reference agencies about your payments and any payments you fail to make on time.
Late or missing repayments may have serious consequences - Your credit rating may be affected, making it more difficult or more expensive to obtain credit in future. If you miss consecutive payments, Klarna may serve a default notice requiring you to repay what you owe. If you fail to do so, Klarna may terminate your Financing agreement and assign the debt to a debt collection agency to collect for Klarna or sell the debt to a debt collection agency.

How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as your cancellation or return is registered by us & Klarna, your refund or credit to balance usually completes in 5 business days.
