We're introducing a great new feature to your Kane Dashboard. The ability to book a service/recertification online.
From your dashboard click "Service & Recertify" and our new simple online service/recertification booking process will enable you to keep track of your analysers service/recertification history. When required you will be able to book in directly with Kane ensuring you are not without your analyser for any longer than necessary.
The steps for doing this are as follows:
Log in to your Kane Dashboard and click the manage button for the analyser you want to get serviced/recertified.

2. Any additional spare parts required can be added:
3. Once all details are correct just confirm and pay:
4. After payment your service/recertification is now booked. A summary of your order is displayed with the option to print an address label:
