Kane’s Operations team visited Jaguar to gain insight into a world-class lean manufacturing facility. Jaguar began their lean journey over 20 years ago building a culture of continuous improvement, which is called Kaizen. Kaizen originated in Japan and is the practice of continuous improvement, which is recognised worldwide as an important pillar of an organisation’s long-term competitive strategy.

Kane has now started it’s own lean journey which will improve product quality, increase customer service and overall efficiency. By engaging the practice of continual improvement at Kane we will be able to improve our ability to meet the demands of our customers significantly and guarantee a better and more rapid response in the future.
