Meet The Team Mitchell Perry

Meet Team KANE Mitchell

You all probably know, at KANE, we design, engineer, produce and sell electronic testing equipment. But did you know that most of this happens in the UK? And that we have 112 staff here that work tirelessly at our two UK sites in Welwyn Garden City and Atherton?

Each month we are going to show you a sneak peek behind the scenes and highlight our brilliant staff.

This month we have caught up with Mitchell Perry.

PHEX Exhibition Mitchell

Mitchell is KANE’s regional sales manager in the midlands area. He is one of our most experienced members of staff, having worked here for 14 years. Originally coming to KANE as a school-goer during work experience before joining full-time once he had graduated university. He has since spent time in nearly every aspect of the business; from production through to engineering.

1. What does your job role involve on a day-to-day basis?
All aspects of sales in the midlands and ensuring that everyone’s experience of Kane is as good as it possibly can be.

2. What do enjoy about working within Kane?
The thing I enjoy about working for KANE is that I have seen the company grow over the years and the fact that I have been able to grow with it. This growth is down to the morals of the company and the need to put the customer’s needs first.

3. When I am not working you will usually find me…
At Festivals. There’s something about sitting in a field listening to music and drinking beer with your mates which is soothing for the soul. I also like video games, pizza and in my younger days, skateboarding.

4. My favourite flavour of crisps are…
Chilli Heatwave Doritos, Texas BBQ Pringles, Worcester Sauce Walkers.

5. My favourite quote is…
“All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”

6. Not many people know that…
I was the frontman of a Screamo Punk band or the fact that I have published a graphic novel.
