Sometimes the Royal Mail website won’t let you print your free returns label - Until fixed, please follow this work around:

When Royal Mail website asks what shape is your item, click TUBE button first then click BOX button

Royal Mail website then goes to their Print Your Label page as normal
Alternatively, please follow these 3 simple steps:
- Book your analyser for KANE CARE Service & Recertification as normal then note your 6 digit KANE RMA reference number
- Take your analyser in suitable packaging to your Post Office and quote our RMA number
- They will print out your free return label and return your analyser to us.
